1,750 Sq. Ft. Split-Level Home Renovation - Hope for Tomorrow – Honoring Jeff

This renovation was completed as part of Kingdom Builder Ministries’ Hope for Tomorrow – Honoring Jeff initiative—an effort dedicated to supporting families facing unexpected hardship.

Following the tragic loss of Jeff in a car accident, which left behind his fiancée and two young children, the community came together in a powerful demonstration of compassion and generosity. Through the support of donors and community partners, $50,000 was raised and donated, allowing this young mother to secure a home where her family could move forward with stability and renewed hope.

Kingdom Builder Ministries completed a full renovation of the 1,750-square-foot split-level property, ensuring the home was safe, functional, and thoughtfully prepared for its new owners. Every aspect of the project was completed with care and attention to detail, transforming the home into a comfortable and welcoming space where this family can rebuild, grow, and create new memories.

Property Features include: 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, eat-in kitchen, family room with raised-hearth fireplace, main-level bedroom or office, first-floor laundry, central air, newer windows, vinyl siding, 2-car garage, and a 10' x 22' patio.

This project stands as a meaningful example of how Kingdom Builder Ministries combines construction expertise with community compassion—turning renovation projects into opportunities that restore hope and transform lives.
