This 1,150 sq. ft. addition was completed as part of one of our Program Projects, and it was truly an honor to come alongside this family during such a meaningful transition.

The space was thoughtfully designed to support elderly parents in need of handicap-accessible living, allowing them to move into the care of their children with comfort, dignity, and peace of mind. Every detail was considered to create a safe, functional, and welcoming environment that promotes both independence and connection.

Positioned to capture a beautiful view, the addition blends practicality with warmth. It features a full kitchen, a spacious living area, in-unit laundry, and a private master suite complete with a full bathroom. A garage was also incorporated to enhance accessibility and everyday convenience.
